Manhole is a common object in our daily life and has fully developed in Hong Kong since 100 years ago. The design of the manhole can show the developement of Hong Kong. In fact, most of us don't understand connection about manhole and Hong Kong. Besides that, the design of Hong Kong Manhole are going worse as it lose the features that can show Hong Kong identity.

Line Pattern

The redesigned Manhole cover system keep the traditional design that rounded towards the middle.  It cuts the manhole into 2 main parts. One part is the view of the place and the other part is the logo of the place. It helps people to understand where the place is.
