Due to a lack of human resources, the marketing team hopes that an agency can collaborate with the Bank of China’s development department to create the lucky draw feature without posing any risks or causing damage to the bank's security system

I created two wireframe directions to address both teams' concerns and needs, balancing them after they confirmed their version.

To address the conflicts between the Marketing Team and the Development Team, we proposed two different approaches and analyzed the pros and cons of each wireframe. By acting as a bridge between the two teams, we facilitated a better understanding of each team's challenges and needs, helping to balance their priorities and foster collaboration..

My Role

As the sole designer of the platform, I worked closely with project managers to organize change decisions, collaborated with front-end developers on the user interface, and worked with backend developers on our CMS control panel. Based on user feedback from the customer service team and data-driven insights, we gathered enough figures to support our ideas and push the changes into our platform. Along with the findings from the user flow chart, our product manager decided to have me lead the changes on the "Config" function page.

As the project designer, I served as a bridge between the developers and the marketing team at the Bank of China. I worked closely with our agency developers to explore solutions that could smoothly address the concerns of both departments. With the cooperation of our agency developers, I presented our findings and design direction, aiming to satisfy both sides. Throughout the project, I represented our agency, presenting our ideas and acting as a 'buffer' to facilitate collaboration.
