Identify The Problem
As the sole designer leading the revamp, our first step was to assess the current situation. We discovered that there were no guidelines for the logo, documents, application steps, or the website—all were operating in a free-flowing manner.
Consequently, we began the revamp by establishing branding guidelines to create rules that every deliverable would need to follow.
Branding Revamp and User Research
In addition to refining our branding, we are also conducting research to identify the pain points of potential applicants. This involves understanding their interests and the factors that influence their decision to choose our school. We are also examining the challenges they face during the application process.
