Design Process

Identify The Problem

As the sole designer leading the revamp, our first step was to assess the current situation. We discovered that there were no guidelines for the logo, documents, application steps, or the website—all were operating in a free-flowing manner.

Consequently, we began the revamp by establishing branding guidelines to create rules that every deliverable would need to follow.

Branding Revamp and User Research

In addition to refining our branding, we are also conducting research to identify the pain points of potential applicants. This involves understanding their interests and the factors that influence their decision to choose our school. We are also examining the challenges they face during the application process.

By revamping the site map to reduce the total number of pages and integrating or consolidating similar content into single pages, we have effectively reduced the size of our website by about two-thirds. This optimization not only streamlines the user experience but also significantly enhances loading speed, SEO and overall performance.

Positive Cycle

After the website revamp, we simplified and integrated the application system, creating an online platform that guides parents to apply to or learn about IMS directly through the site. The website was developed in accordance with our branding guidelines, enhancing our brand identity. As a result, potential applicants are more likely to engage with our school, leading to increased visitor interest and improved overall website performance.

Design Outcomes

Renaming and sitemap rebuild

By creating renaming the resources, most of the materials can be form as a group and available for google search server can scan through the website and build up better SEO result.

By redesign the admission page with calendar, user can more easy to arrange the visit time or programs they interested in by timetable instead of calls.

By building the mobile responsive mode, User may easy access to projects by using on the Hamburger Menu.
